New patients are welcome to register with our practice. Registration forms can be completed online or collected from reception. Proof of address and identification may be requested, but lack of documentation will not prevent registration.
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person at reception. We offer routine, urgent, and same-day appointments depending on availability and clinical need.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel as early as possible so it can be offered to another patient.
Repeat prescriptions can be requested via our dispensary if you are a dispensing patient, or by submitting a request at reception. Please allow 72 hours for processing before collecting your medication.
Test results are usually available within a few days to a week. Results can be viewed online or discussed with a clinician if follow-up is required. You will be contacted if action is needed
You have the right to access your medical records. Online services allow you to view parts of your record, test results, and appointment history. Please speak to reception for more information.
